Club Outline
• Wine cannot be shipped to a PO-Box.
• Federal law requires a person at least 21 years of age to sign for the package.
• Local tax and shipping when applicable will be applied at processing.
• Wine club shipments will be shipped via UPS.
• We are not responsible for charges acquired due to misdirected or re-shipped wines.
• Returned shipments to the winery will be re-shipped using the credit card on file.
• Members may alter or cancel their membership after receiving two club shipments.
• Cancelled memberships before two club shipments will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to their card on file.
• Cancellation requests must be made in writing to: info@coeurcause.com and confirmed before the wine club order is processed.
